Natasha, BSc. M.Coun, RCC

I am Natasha, a counsellor located in Kelowna BC for tweens, teens and adults. I have a sense of genuine care for my clients and focus on building and maintaining a strong rapport throughout the counselling process.

In a world of never ending societal pressures, I work with clients to help them begin to live more congruent lives that align with their true values. I have over 10 years of experience working with youth and young adults in various settings. I mainly work using Narrative, Adlerian, CBT, and Humanistic based approaches.

I am registered with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors as a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) #19007. I hold a Masters in Counselling graduate degree through Gonzaga University and a Bachelors of Science at the University of Victoria. 

Counselling for Youth and Adults

 

I work to help tweens, teens, and adults manage stress, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, self-harming behaviours, and self-esteem.

I focus on building trust and a strong rapport with my clients. From there we work to find the root of their issue and learn how to manage their stress. We work together to build new goals and achieve these goals throughout the counselling process.
