How do I know if you are going to be the right fit for me/my child?

Email to book a free 10 minute consultation and we can chat about your questions and see if you feel like the counselling relationship will work for you/your child.

Mondays to Thursdays, limited weekends

3pm to 7pm

Does British Columbia Health Care cover counselling?

No, it does not, but if you have healthcare coverage through a work plan, often these plans cover all or part of the counselling fee. Please check with your insurance provider.

UBCO STUDENTS!: UBCO Health Benefits include 100% coverage of the cost of a registered clinical counsellor up to $1100 per policy year.

Do you direct bill to insurance providers?

Yes for FNHA, all others we will provide you with our registration number and a receipt after each counselling session for you to use when you bill your insurance provider. Counselling in British Columbia is covered by most insurance companies.

What are your fees?

50 minute Counselling sessions are $150/session + 5% GST = $157.50

50 minute Walk and Talk sessions are $160/session + GST = $168.00

30 minute sessions for $90/session + GST = $94.50 are also available to those with time and/or financial constraints

What methods of payment do you accept?

Currently, only Interac E-transfer is accepted. Interac E-transfer MUST be received prior to your counselling session, and the money is accepted after your session is done.
